Program Eligibility

○ Must be Tech II (or higher) with a minimum 1 year of employment with Chamberlin

Program Overview

○ Three-month course at $70 per month, per employee ($210 total).

Shared Investment

○ Employees pay $35 per month via payroll deduction, and Chamberlin pays $35 per month per employee.

Enrollment Commitment

○ Employees who drop after enrollment are responsible for both their portion and the portion paid by Chamberlin (payroll deducted).

Completion Rewards

Reimbursement of $105 plus a $0.25 hourly pay increase ($0.25 hourly = $520 yearly).

Successful Completion Outcome

Employees who successfully complete the program will receive $105 reimbursement and a permanent hourly pay increase based on attendance level.

(90%–100% Attendance)

Reimbursement of $105 plus a $0.35 hourly pay increase ($0.35 hourly = $728 yearly).

Program Support & Communication

Rey will receive a list of attendees and their respective markets, correspond directly with participants to ensure there are no technical issues, and provide a weekly report to each market’s General Super and FOM.
